Peace and Love

The beach is my favorite spot,
Just to swim; I think NOT!
Throw my troubles to the sea.
Watch the waves bring peace to me.

So tranquil are the sound of the waves.
So opposite of the dark and lonely caves.
Refreshed with peace, joy and love.
Flying like the beautiful dove.

If you have worries cast them to the sea.
It will work for you, it worked for me!
When you seem to be at the end of your rope.
Remember there is always hope.

Love and joy to share with all.
Never build a guarded wall.
Let love into your life.
For THERE is happiness without strife!
