Blueberry Crunch

What you will need:

margarine (for greasing baking dish)
2 cups corn flakes
2 cups blueberries
1/2 sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons margarine, melted

What to do next:

1. Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 1 1/2-quart baking dish with margarine.
2. Put the corn flakes between 2 pieces waxed paper and crush them into little pieces with the bottom of a glass. Set them aside.
3. Wash and drain blueberries and put them in medium saucepan. Add the sugar, water, and lemon juice. Cover and cook for 5 minutes over low heat.
4. Pour half the blueberry mixture into the baking dish and top with half the crushed corn flakes. Pour the rest of the blueberry mixture into the baking dish, then top with the rest of the crushed cornflakes. Drizzle the melted margarine on top.
5. Bake for 25 minutes. Serve warm.

Serves 4
TIP:
Ice milk or ice cream are really good on top of crunch. You can make all kind of fruits crunches by using different fruits instead of blueberries: for apple crunch use 4 apples, peeled, cored, and sliced; for strawberry crunch use 2 cups strawberries, cut in half; for peach crunch us 2 cups sliced peaches. Can you think of your own crunch to make?
